I took a tire here to get patched, they did the work OK..... However when I went to pick up the tire The secretary said she had no idea what I was talking about and said no tire had been dropped off! This must've gone on for a minute I was just about to ask for someone actually knew what they were talking about when she started laughing and said oh I'm joking..... This tire was to a piece of equipment on a job site and I needed it ASAP!! I didn't have time to stand around and joke like a 16-year-old.. Very rude and unprofessional will take my business somewhere else next time! And I'm not the only one that's had issues........
